Your old server with your old hosting seems down , Please ask them to open the server ofor 24 hours only so we can start the migration for you. We will be happy to start supporting you after getting this server online again.

The migration process won't take from us a 5 minutes : )

My website is ALSO DOWN since 24hrs ago, have opened a ticket to "Support" for fast taking action measures from you.

That's not true, We restarted the server and take only from 2 - 3 Minutes to reload again,

We have a monitoring system with a 99.9% Uptime with the Germany Server.

Please don't post something that doesn't exist in our system , You can send us a screenshot if you have a prof.

All tickets has answered at the same time your posted the ticket, Some tickets may take some minutes to be answered if there are many tickets handled on the support center,

ANyway your website seems to be woring great and there is only 2-3 minutes a down due to restarting the main server for applying the new UPDATES. There is no 12 hours downtime at all.

This is the last day for the current deals,

We will change all offers to windows and linux vps's.

We have made some updates on our New York server today everything is working great than before.
