Here is my review for this guy :
Firstly I am very scare to deal with x3host.com since there is to much customer complaining on the service and support.
Another aspec was pricing that offered are the lowest for the hosting company I have used before so this is to good to be true.
But I take responsible to deal with it.
After I placing and order and make payment account was instant activate. But after I login to WHM I am facing and issue with nothing displayed ( create package, account, etc ). I open new ticket to tell the issue, and Michael was solved it.
After that I found that problem with the order ( I am order for Singapore but got New York server ). Michael answer that Singapore was out of stock ( I can accept with the reason )
After that I found that ip address on current server was blacklisted on several spam checker so I request to move to server that has clean ip. Michael was move to the new server ( after check yes it's clean ip ).
So far service and Support was quite fast respon.

Hi I am now waiting for 3 weeks for you "update" I think I am being fair and patient and provided all information you have asked for - by support, by email, by PM but still you have not proccessed it.
All you do is come here and copy and paste how everything is working and dealt with it is still not dealt with.
Please do the right thing and take 1 minute to login into paypal and send me the agreed refund for $15.
We are going round and round and round - now totalling around 15 messages and no resolution.
I am all for being fair and patient but at the moment it feels like you are taking liberties and have no intention to process this as suggested.
I am still waiting please do the right thing.
Sorry to say that everything is NOT working fully at this hosting after waiting and watching during the recent several days.
I have monitored my domain there 24/7 since the beginning, months ago - and for a few days now it has been up and down constantly.
Continuing to monitor still, but not very impressed with what I am seeing very recently.
Maybe what other folks have mentioned about having messed up A records is behind this trouble ??
I am still waiting for a refund all i get are messages saying please wait its coming soon - i have been patient but this ridiculous ?
Failing to understand what the issue is here, makes zero sense!
I complain via submit ticket for several times. Please check ticket : #380215. All my account under unlimited reseller, has limit disk quote and cause everything upload progress failed. Show note "are you disk quota overload?"
Please cek this problem, and hope your best services
