Your hosting account with us was since 9/2016 and i can see all of your websites are working great with us without any issues, We have an announcements posted here with the migration process to the new server, also your issues with Zamfoo Master reseller addon fixed too and i think this is the ticket that you want to mention about it here,

Yeah, for fuck's sake, @TheNexus. The reason why you haven't received a refund is your fault for using a shit bank and nothing at all to do with XHost whose office, as we speak, is being mobbed by 6.2 million of their blissfully happy users who are taking it in turns to genuflect at FleaBlackHead's feet.

Already read it.. You said refund is within 14 days.. But, the problem is safety guarantee. Other than that, I won't issue refund at all.

Anyway, for now we'll just chat via PM and I hope you consider my refund request. Because if you see the issue I get and you've resolved or I resolved it by myself ( a little ), I already really patient for issue as customer.

I have hosting account in many place, but this is the first time I get this many issues within short period.. And I still patient.. anyway, I already reply your PM. Please refund me... Thanks a lot.

Well... Let me break it down to you their Terms of Service agreement before you think of signing up here.


Refunds: X3Host offers a 14-day moneyback guarantee. A claim may only be made within the first 14 days starting from the Service Commencement date. The 14-day refund does not cover added-on fees, domain name registration, SSL certificates and promo/discount offers etc. X3Host reserves the right to refuse the moneyback guarantee if it believes that a User is abusing the refund policy that’s been offered in goodwill or if the User is abusing X3Host’s Terms of Service.

Did we encounter power grid, significant failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labor action, terrorist activity, or other events of a magnitude in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) so we experienced 2 days downtime a week?

But, you should watch what you said freeblackhat.. The hosting wasn't working great and safe.

Safe = you could say safe if you guarantee customer would not feeling this way ( hacked, no insurance, just lost weeks/months of works ).

Working Great = From what I read, you just fix one by one that has complained to you.. So It's not working great. My other site hosted on my alpha account doesn't get fixed at all and you don't know about it.

Do you know trust is very important in these business or any business? Just because these issues, you're making customer lost trust.. And I hope no one ever get feel cheated like this ever again.

Hope you're learning from your mistakes in the future and do great business.

For example, you can see : No Man's Sky .
The developer has been bullied more than you.. But he makes progress till now and almost heal his reputation.. And how does he does that? Easy.. It's action, not talk only like you do..

No offense. Hope you're learning from these experience. And I let go my precious $70....
To be honest, this is the worst hosting I ever try and also the worst services I ever bought here in bestblackhatforum.

I don't even have to know what CSF firewall is or I can google it and find out but how about you google it how hosting company should work?
Anyway, you had that CSF as an excuse when that your CSF was blocking my IP when I wanted to log in to my cPanel when I tried to log in from 10 different IP's trough TeamViewer and same again.
The problem was your server was down again like always for two days and you tried to put the blame on me.

So don't lie to people here.

Just report FleaBlackHead to @Omni Potens telling him that you have received “the worst hosting I ever tr[ied]” and that you are being refused a refund by the seller.

This BSO has been suspended once for that and should now be permanently banned.

The migration didn't take 2 hours !

Our hosting is safe and working really so fast,

You are using our hosting since 9/2016 and we can refund you after 60 days only !

not after these months, + The service are working great without any issues,

And This member ( MUZIK ) has been refunded because he used our service in 2 months and he wanted to join our hosting again but we didn't accept his order ,

That's why you see him post here bad comments about our service, : )

But we reported his posts to the mods, and he should got a warn from Omni Potens or Lala here because he is posting many spam in OUR BSO thread. and he is nl longer a client with us and won't be again.
