Hi Yes my ticket was answered by Michael B saying "I'm checking it now for you and i'll come back for the updates"

My question is "Why I cant used auto login to cPanel, WHM and Webmail like I used to login before? "auto-login" can you ask Michael to update me regarding this matter.

Thanks for taking care , I know you want to use the auto login feature inside the client area : ) I'm sorry , We have fixed it with the NY location ,

Now all websites hosted on NY location can use the auto login feature without any issues.

Sure, All tickets have been answered .

There is no pending tickets from our side, and i'm sure our staff have answered the ticket with the information you need.

We have ( Daily / Monthly / Weekly / Yearly ) Backups .

You can check the backup always inside your cpanel account.........

Most hosting providers that I've ever used see tickets posted via their main site or support emails 1st - and they only visit forums when they have free time not demanded by their business work.

I agree with you 100% ,

We want to give support for all people and make our services fast with the support and uptime , But Of course support through tickets and Email comes first.

Dude I can't acess the cpanel how can I check the back up just ask him to answ my ticket to give me a way to acess it

It been 4 days I submit a ticket till now nothings have be fix… I cant login to WHM, Webmail, cPanel, Email Account, forwarders, Autoresponders, File Manager, Backup, Subdomain, Cron Jobs, MySQL Databases, phpMyAdmin, Awstats in the client area? Please fix it as soon as possible.

I'm not sure if this problem is regarding one of our servers,

All of our servers are working great now , I've checked all servers with all locations and i can't find a similar issue like that.

Can you please send me your domain name through p.m to check it for you ?

Also We don't leave any ticket without answering! ( Every day )
