I am still waiting for my refund. Been waiting for almost 3 weeks now. And today you just closed my ticket without any explanation. You say you value the clients. Show us the value. Walk the talk man. DOnt just talk which is what is happening to try and maintain a great image.
Last week you said refunds are processed form Wed to Fri. Today is Wednesday here and nothing has happened? I need to see action this week or I will open up a dispute. This is getting ridiculous!!

Well I did, I posted here because in the client area it is like speaking to a brick wall. Your refund process is as slow as your servers ;) God knows when it will happen...

Just set up a new host and guess what... my emails work, amazing.
I haven't done much with my websites because I haven't been well, thank god because with this shit they probably wouldn't have been up for longer than 5 minutes.

It seems i will add to the chorus of un-happiness. The price for the product is very good. But I have found it not a reliable host. My staff keep complaining that the host is down and websites are running slow. This has cost me both time and money as many of my Adwords accounts have been banned. (i have other hosts that i have had no issue with). I put a support ticket up, if i can log into the client service area, I put up a high importance ticket, as my sites down cost me money. I get an email back maybe in 12 hours, asking me for screen shots, of the error messages? Really? How does a screen shot of an error message is to what i have just told you! Then i am told my ticket is closed as no reply! But i did, reply as it was urgent. To lessen the damage to profits i have to put plan b into place and swap everything to another host. For this to happen once or twice, most people are cool with that. But really in the few months I have been with this company, it happens now twice a week. This cost me money. I will not ask for a refund as i know this company could not set up a piss-up in a brewery, so i think they would struggle with a simple refund(and in saying that i have used the service, I may not be happy but it now is my plan z). They are not scammers as they do provide a host, but too many down-times to let me have confidence with this operation. We can only make money when sites are up and working. They say you pay for what you get, if you pay for a product and you do not get it... what is it labelled then? Also there are far too many complaints here from too many people, that anyone wanting to try this service should be warned! Seeing some of the reply's from the owner, who does not want to take responsibility is really sad, it is your companies fault no one else's. Please remember people, it takes time to write up both good and bad recommendations, for someone to write a bad recommendation up, means they are mighty upset.
