I have sent you message after message and sent support ticket after support ticket I think they should know me by now. The finally almost got it fixed then everything went down again this is no place for prople trying to run or start a business

FIX THE SOFTACULOUS INSTALLER: WordPress cannot be installed in the Free version of Softaculous! Please notify your Server Admin to purchase the premium version of Softaculous!

I am glad you confirm this.
I think it is better for you to come out a guide for how to get the auto SSL, for example on WordPress and how to install from the cPanel.
1) When using cPanel Softaculous, we install WordPress with either https: or https:/www, but it won't show the auto SSL certificate installed or the green icon in the browser.
2) By uploading HTML files to the domain root, does it also show the SSL installed too? Can you confirm?
I think it is about time for you to open the forum on x3host.com
So that, users can post the questions over there instead of this review or sales thread.
