What I told your staffer was that I intended to get and provide another, free domain to attach to my account IN PLACE of the paid domain which I was moving away from your services - he simply did not comprehend my plain english !!!

The domain name I had with you is already transferred safely away, which has eased my mind as I will be using it actively now rather than just testing your service.

And:
As I clearly told you maybe several times - my ONLY site on your reseller hosting is JUST a totally bare Wordpress installation, no plugins, nothing.

My monitoring works very, very well - right here on my own fast connection and equipment - and the only other domains that do silly stuff are the 100% free ones from freenom.com, which is fine with me AND expected as they run a sloppy service.

That log I sent you was copied DIRECTLY from my monitoring and was not even a single day's worth - but had dozens of entries showing my domain as being messed up or down - very clearly.

It has been like that for MONTHS; you've been given a chance (by me, without any hassles from me) to make things right by the simple action of NOT bugging you about these constant errors !!

And what do you do when I mention them at long last ?!?
Argue. Insult. Accuse of incompetence.

Enough.

As I've said over and over:
For me, as it is right now - your reseller hosting service is not reliable enough to where I'd pay for it at ANY price.

If you want a chance to show that it can be better - I'm good with that - and I'm willing to attach a good, new domain to it for monitoring, heck, I'll even do it for the rest of this year and 1 more year if you wish, as well as reviewing honestly as I always have, BUT:

DO NOT ARGUE, INSULT or ACCUSE anymore !!
All that does is add credibility to your detractors here.

Dear Freeblackhat,

I know your hosting will solve any issue subjected to "Time".
Although it takes time to solve, it is much better to tell a customer that the issue is in progress.
Just be honest, no need give much explanation.

No customer here like to see unsolve issue but would like to get the issue solve. And also, the customer will point out the true issue when they are having with the hosting.

Humble advice: Just answer the customer questions and direct to the point.

In the end, an issue has to be fixed and quick, isn't it?

Revising my last comments, as feel obligated as they finally after 3 days resolved my ticket issue.

Here are some key points to take away for interested buyers:

1. I do NOT recommend this for your primary or money sites. Their servers are too inconsistent to handle volumes of traffic on a consistent basis.

2. They are best suited for PBN, or personal blog, small site.

3. If you have technical or other support related issues, be prepared to be patient. Many time resolved in 24 hours, but most tickets take 2-3 days to get a response.

4. You get what you pay for in this case. Not a bad value for the money and if you can resell to lower need clients I think you can make money with some effort.

Hope to see them continue to try to improve the systems, processes and services.

Actually we have Dual Intel xeon servers with 128 GB of RAM, Beside many business Websites that received thousands of online visitors every day,

Can you please send me your websites that doesn't handle this amount of visitors,

Sites like:
1. Breaking news
2. Live, e.g sports, casino etc
3. Sites need 24hrs non-stop for PPC campaign.
4. 24hrs online blogging purposes
5. In fact, almost any single site. But, those listed above tend to leave the hosting without giving a second chance.

A site can never accept down even for few hrs. Once time detection down is enough, second times, gone forever. And also, most of the time, a single day down for a couple of times, the client will switch to another hosting.

This affect reseller lost the business and no renewal for the future.

Just a little opinion for sharing

Can you send me this domain name ! I'm sure we don't have this kind of issues with our servers.

Your client may have issues we don't know that's why we asked you to submit a ticket to check it for you!

How we can check it if you didn't asked for a support.
