Nothing were down. but the change of the ip was so important to us. and this doesn't take only 1 second. But i can see many of our clients hosted on this server their networks/IP's has affected with this change.

We still have the 100% Uptime.

This update doesn't affect the other clietns hosted on the other locations in , New York, Kansas City, Netherlands, Germany, France and SG.

It could be better you post the status on your server or forum or Social Network like Twitter or FB.
Since you are improving month by month and appreciate your relentless effort, you should now bring better services in the coming future. But at least implement one of the methods above.

Informing/announcement/notice is one of the important services you should cater from this day forward.

That's right. We always inform our clients with any changes, Improvements but in this case the change of the main ip already affected many clients / Locations and this is the first time to see the change of the ip can cause troubles for our clients.

But i can see all locations has been resolved with the new IP.

I bought reseller package Friday:

From yesterday:
https://manage.x3host.com/ don't works..... 90% return a 500 error or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

My domain don't work, never worked from Friday (I opened a ticket.... no response in 24 hours... i'm waiting)

Today cPanel and WHM is up, but was down for 2 days....

If they don't solve these problems during the day, I will ask for a refund.

with free domains but few hours gone

The domain name is still not registered from the http://www.whois.com

I can't access my account and cpanel always down.

What's happening?

I am thinking of requesting for a refund and just buy a more expensive but reliable hosting

Please do tell.. when you say 100% uptime.. what uptime are you referring to?
The ip is still not reachable to some locations around the world.

The UDP port for this ip was accident blocked by our DC by mistake. so the ip was working on some locations and the other location they are not working great. We have opened the UDP port and it seems this solution fixed all issues now.
