i don't know what people are complaining about. you get what you pay for. i set up the sites i don't use right now on the reseller package.

here is a quick review:

don't use the live chat. it is definitely not live haha. i tried to use it a few times with no response in the beginning while trying to troubleshoot issues

answers to support tickets happen in a timely manor but resolving issues are slooooooow

when setting up the reseller package, it was done instantly.

didn't have access to all whm features and had to send a support ticket which was then resolved within 24 hours

when i had registered my new free domain for my reseller account, they failed to buy it right away when in my control panel, it said it had already been bought. i had to send a support ticket for that and had to wait a couple days

after the domain was puchased, the custom name servers were supposed to be set up and registered. after i set up my sites and realized they weren't propogating, i had to troubleshoot the issue and found that the custom name servers weren't registered. so again, another support ticket. this was resolved in about 4 days(waiting for propogation and troubleshooting on my end and waiting for the custom name servers to be registered

so basically, the first week was hell and i was about to request a refund.

after the custom name servers were finally registered though, i've had absolutely ZERO problems and if there was any downtime, i certainly haven't noticed.

my sites don't load slow nor do they load fast. they load pretty average for shared hosting.

all in all, you get what ya pay for. this is a great deal if you're patient with support and can troubleshoot a little yourself so time isn't wasted with support. also a great deal price wise if you want your first hosting account or if you're like me and throwing some barely used domains on their server to test reliability while working on the barely used domains.

after all my issues were resolved(after the first week), i am happy with the hosting, the reliability, and the cheap price. i am happy with support as well. although slooooooow, still very polite and ready to help even after i was getting a little edgy(the first week).

I will tell you what I am complaining about.

Simply put, out of 11 days on their servers my site was up only one day.

I requested a refund on November, 9th 2016, and I am still waiting ...

Thanks for your honest review,

I want to explain something about our livechat,

We don't know what happened with the livechainc system, because they appears our staff as online but we are trying to fix that with their support,

Also for our support staff they are working hard to fix all issues regarding our clients, and i'm sure they are pretty fast to fix the issues,

i wouldn't be so quick to be subjective and tell the world that support is fast in fixing issues when obviously they are not. like i said in my review, it took a whole week to fix mine personally(i don't consider that fast) and there are other people who obviously still have issues here for whatever reason. it's because of the issues being slow to be resolved that i hesitated to sign up in the first place. like i said in my review though, i think part of the problem is the impatience of others getting the issues fixed and assuming this hosting is as reliable as hosting you would pay $20 a month for.

there are obviously things that can be improved upon but they wont be if they are trying to be hidden under a table.
