But you still can make this ip shared between your websites only through your websites but in this case it's a shared ip not a dedicated ip....

Can you please explain more , I can't understand your question right...

All of clients cpanel account have 1gb memory and it's already more powerful than using a vps server with 1gb ram...

In referring to item no.2, server Physical memory, I was asking what is the difference in between 4GB Physical memory of a shared hosting vs 1GB Physical memory of the shared hosting on your server?

For the past 1 hour 40+ minutes and counting..

Yesterday it was 2 hours 55 minutes..

Please advise and fix this.. what's the problem?

The default php memory is 512MB Ram you can read this on the cloulinux official page.

We are giving our clients 1GB RAM with their websites.

If you have a 4GB RAM account with a webhosting company so i advise you to let them send you the server details because the Server is not unlimited with RAM . It's limited and the maximum for any shared hosting server is 64GB RAM..
