This is listed as an ERROR because there are some cases where nasty problems can occur (if the TTLs vary from the NS records at the root servers and the NS records point to your own domain, for example).

Micheal replied to my new support ticket #511545 on the 24/08/2018 (23:21) when I send this new support ticket on the #511545 on the 22/08/2018 (04:45)

You can see yourself how long it takes to reply the support ticket and I reply to him back on the 24/08/2018 (23:55) till now nothing has changed.

Please.... you yourself... please take a look and check support ticket #511545, #273102, #913058 and #749483 then you will know what is going on....

It has been too long since upgrade to VPS and it also long took so long for migration and now still problem has not been fixed..

Your support is not 24/7 and live chat support is not 24/7 and it very hard to communicate with the support if it totally depends on the support ticket.

You need a very good support team if you want your hosting company to grow.
So it is not my fault if I going to ask a refund if you can't fix the problem right?
So please fix the problem as soon as possible OK...

Hey bud been trying to get you and have raised support but no reply, I ordered VPS Server on 23rd and heard nothing since payment, this is far too long to wait and I am due to renew tomorrow the 1st with my hosting company so can you refund me please so my sites do not go down through this time taken, I will copy this for support also and PM

I have sent pm with details bud but if I had been sent login details for VPS/WHM I could easily migrate myself and I was waiting as instructed by message from you (see below) and I sent two messages and a copy of message to your details on website as I have no other details to send to bud. I do understand things can get budy or get missed but this is urgent now as I have to pay hosting at midnight and have no access to anything so can you get sort before then or not, please advise
