That's talking about the patch. It could be a false positive, it could be real. Either way, simply do fresh install each time and don't worry about that "patch" folder and you'll be just fine.

And I don't think the theme was updated. It's still 6.6.5, perhaps their ad copy was updated yesterday, etc.

It is clean and unopened file. You will not have any problems.

I ran it through virustotal. Then looked at the files that were flagged cant see any malicious code. Also I then scanned my domain using https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
