That's talking about the patch. It could be a false positive, it could be real. Either way, simply do fresh install each time and don't worry about that "patch" folder and you'll be just fine.
And I don't think the theme was updated. It's still 6.6.5, perhaps their ad copy was updated yesterday, etc. |

It is clean and unopened file. You will not have any problems.
