Just go to /wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/ open td_cake.php delete all from that file and save it. That is.. Good luck.

i have only removed the server checking and changed 1 line for the manual activation. in my opinion it works fine. then you enter what you want in manual activation. my blog is working fine
