If all other are working that means you're probably doing something wrong with the Rank Tracker registered name (make sure it's case sensitive) or generating the wrong key. Could you please specify the error you are receiving or a screenshot maybe?

Yes, You re-generate the licence again and re-insert it and will notify you that you have upgraded to entreprise edition.
