I mentioned this in a previous post, some functionalities now require communication with blocked IP before proceeding, checking rank is one of them. We either need a crack or server emulation.

I'm on windows 7. Blocking the IP using windows firewall does not work. So, I blocked it at the router itself and it works.

i blocked IP even on my router ...still no luck maybe need some other process
