I did that. Step by step.
And the firewall steps and described in wrong order.

Yes i was thinking its not working, somethink is wrong.But; almost of us are using a extra firewall's, because of the virus programs.. Like Kaspersky; it use the own or norton antivirus.Please go INSTRUCTIONS Step by step. Then exit from your virus program. Active Windows Firewall. See the program is working. !

Changed AVG to Disable, Firewall from AVG to Allow ALL

FOLLOW THIS
- YOU CANNOT CHANGE FIREWALL TO "ALLOW ALL" - DOES NOT WORK
- YOU CANNOT ONLY DISABLE TEMPORALY - DOES NOT WORK

******** YOU HAVE TO DISABLE TEMPORALY AND CLICK ON DISABLE FIREWALL CHECKBOX TOO!!!!

My registration is fine, but I can't update/fetch rankings. What happened?

I disabled IP blocking ->started PowerSuite -> registration disabled (since no ip blocking) -> upgraded -> started -> IP blocking -> registered again and I got only Professional license (BTW which is enough for me). Why not enterprise?

I installed everything and registered according to instructions on page 16, but when I try to work the software it keeps telling me:

Sorry, the "Program Name" cannot connect to the internet. Please check your proxy, firewall, or software settings.


Anybody got any suggestions?
