Program says registration number doesn't match user name. I tried several different keys.
I have do this, but facing the same error in all Tools like : Rank Tracker requires access to the developer site. Connection cannot be established due to some custom setting on your computer. Please open local host file and remove the link to link-assistant.com from it."
Please help to solve this error.

I solved it. You do the following:
1. You need to have two files hosts.bak: one changed according to previous instructions with blocked likn assistant connection (1) and second without it (2)
2. in catalogue C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc you place file host.bak (2)
3. disconnect from the internet
4. turn on seo spyglass
5. In the catalogue C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc save file host.bak (1)
6. Turn internet on
7. Use your SEO Spyglass on line !
It works on mine computer

You have to use the same username that was used in the keygen program, which should be BlackNinjx

I am not sure if what REITER wrote above will work also. I have not tested it. His way may work as well.
But did you do the following steps that BlackNinjx say to do in the updated instructions on page 1?
1. Go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
2. Open Hosts with notepad.
3. Remove this:
127.0.0.1 link-assistant.com
127.0.0.1
http://www.link-assistant.com
If you previously had SEO Powersuite installed and had added the following code to your HOST file at C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
127.0.0.1 link-assistant.com
127.0.0.1
http://www.link-assistant.com
you must
REMOVE that code from your HOST file. It should then work correctly. But remember, you must have added the following code to the user.action file in the PRIVOXY directory and have PRIVOXY running when you start the SEO Powersuite tools.

Dear Woodie,
I did all the things you mentioned. First of all, I have removed SEO Power Suite with Revo Installer and then remove the lines from host file. After this I have downloaded the Privoxy and did change in the user.action file and save. Then again installed the SEO Power Suite. Now again I am facing the error "Sorry the Registration Key is not Valid". Even I have generate the keys many times from Keygen but the error is same.
I shall be grateful to you, if you will fix the problem.

Is there any chance this will work with the built in proxy settings on the software? These are kinda critical otherwise this program is the slowest ever! Was wondering how you guys get around this?
