had the same problem as Pharoah25... Blocked all IP ranges and still wouldn't activate.

His advice works. Shut off the internet for the activation only. Then, once in the program, turn it back on.

From my experience so far it looks like I'll have to do this everytime I use the program, but it's a small price to pay!

Found the solution.

The problem is when you have installed an older version, and a new version is out. You will have to delete you current installation. And also delete the config files in: C:\Users\*yourusername*\

You will find files and folders named : .buzzbundle and files named .buzzbundle.properties. Now you have these folders / files for every program in the software package. Delete these ones.

The reason behind this is that you already registered with a fake code, so when you deblock the ip address and try to update, it probably won`t work. So you need to re-install.

When you are done with deleting the files, deblock the ip-address. And re-install again with the instructions from Blackninja. AND DON`T FORGET TO CONFIGURE THE PRIVOXY PROXY!!!!

could any one show how to block this pi range in kaspersky please ?

It works on ubuntu. I just blocked connections to the whole ip range.
