Since they keep switching ip's, I blocked the two subnets the ip's (thus far) have been from (208.115.108.0 and 216.176.185.0) and haven't had any more problems. Guess something else could be using an ip in that range but haven't had any conflicts so far.

Sorry, I don't understand to have the password for the RAR archive in the first post.
