I think I misunderstood your original post and just rep'd you and not posted a comment. But somewhere down the line, I noticed you wanted a post too. I saw this whole thread on friday and it was at 32 pages then. And now it's at 42!
I rep'd you friday, and since your been updating the outbounds sent, I noticed haven't received one. So I'm posted this. I hope I'm not too late for the info. I've read up to page 25 (of this thread) so far, and have already gained insights.
I may already have my own possible twist on a pre-empted customer email idea, but still would like to get your official take, to see other points to it. Plus the other insights as well, of course.
I have noticed in my readings of this thread, that there are no more 'nay sayers', so kudos!
And as for the box issue, yeah, I receive and send ebay in every box imaginable.
That box fear is so 'no clue' about ebay buying. wow....
