The only thing I would do is see if you can access US Ebay.. otherwise you have no buyers..
The fees and stuff you'll have to just "figure out" although it is pretty simple once you look at it..
I know nothing about exchange rates.. I'd figure everything in US $ and find your return ROI..
can you see US EBAY and be a member in any way.. ?

Not sure if this has been mentioned or not and I haven't heard Quasar's possible solution about the Amazon box since I'm on page 9 right now, but...
I was thinking that if the buyer complained about the package coming from Amazon you could always say that the item sold out or your drop shipper ran out and so you needed to purchase from Amazon instead of canceling their order.
Just a thought...
