The server was down for 11 days to be exact. We have had some customers from this forum who spam, ddos and everything else that is bad.
This has caused us the major down time. If you need father assistance, open a support ticket.

What about all the times we could not login to jonahost as the licence for
the server was not paid.This happened more times than i can count on my hand'
Login to my account ?
passwords I remember dont work and if you try to reset password it sends you to the
email address that I cannot login to in the first place.
Had 2 emails from gmail account today about orders from weeks ago.
could not get access to email so lucky my customers had another gmail address.
why dont you look after your existing customers instead of giving away hosting for next to nothing.
I would like to login to my account to salvage what might be left.
please organize this so I can do this and move on from your hosting
to another service.

I am not aware of any license, however we have given away the hosting for next to nothing. This is why we got ddos and attract all type of spammers that we were not aware was going to be such a headache.
If you have some issues with your account, then open a support ticket.
We advertise here, we do not support in open forum.

The server was down. Customers were here complaining and he has no reason to address the audience. He ignored all complaints and wants the customers to just take it like that.
This was really a mistake.
My account had been deactivated by them and this man is here talking thrash about opening a support ticket and I wonder how?

This server does not have a valid license. To address this issue, you must contact your hosting provider.
When it wasnt that it was this :
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
