I do apologize that their is a limit on lifetime hosting package of 512mb, however you must also understand that its realistic to have a limit especially since you paid once and host forever.
$34.99 for hosting and you never pay again with 512MB is truly a blessings for many.
Lifetime package is not for high traffic website like yours and we have explained this to you.
Lifetime hosting is great for anyone who runs a website and can stay within the limit of 512MB. This is what you paid for and wont have to ever pay again.
Imagine if the server was opened with no limits, we would run out of business within a week, then we would be a bad hosting company.
I understand that your only concern is your business and you have all right to but we must also care about you and every other client.
We are always here for you and will continue supporting your lifetime service.

Thanks for your response. However, 512mb has not been allocated since the first day. It's only in recent days that you've reduced that. Using one plugin shut down the site, 512mb even for lifetime package is not enough!

You asked for a refund for one of you account and then open a dispute immediately.
We refunded you even after using our services from Dec 12th 2018.
We then suspend your other account because if one account was not good enough then the second certainly cannot be good also.
We did this because we have no reason to do business with you, you then open a support ticket telling us that you asked for a refund for one account on email@domain.com and this account email@newdomain.com is good and no refund in needed.
we then replied that a refund in in process, you then open another dispute which was already refunded.
We have no issues with you and certainly wishes you the best with your business.
I can understand that you wanted more than what we can offer so parting ways is quite normal with no negative feelings.
Can't put my website online properly using external domains, already pointed the proper name servers but no response. Wordpress wp-admin not working properly. your server doesn't offer phpmyadmin recent versions, can't login into my client area. Can't even open your website, seems like your servers are down, it kinda sucks and to be honest I`m not sure if I can use your hosting for business purposes. Any clue?
