I purchased an unlimited account.
The support before purchasing was manageable. After purchase, even @ecayer will ignore you. The support will not attend to you after 2 questions unless you pay extra money

We have never asked you to pay extra for support.
we do not have the time to be answering silly questions for you to pass on to your friend.

You should have some type of web hosting knowledge when purchasing lifetime hosting.

Please I want to know if this qualify to host several websites with different domain names.

I have a friend who need more information and I want to be clear of the type I have.

OH yes. My questions will have to become silly now. But prior to purchasing, my question was never a silly one.

My website had become unreachable and very unstable.
Not impressed.
Count me in as an unsatisfied customer. I was so desperate to reach someone that I tried messaging on their facebook page and posting. No one has contacted me. The client login area is down and trying to reach someone via their site is also a no go.

Can everyone see now. All the complaints above, @ecayer see all the complaints as Rubbish. He had no time for such
Pretty sure they are out of business site has been down then up now down no possible way to login on their site as you get errors when clicking on the tab.
They have progressively got worse over the last 3 months and have been down for me for over 2 weeks now and cannot access websites.email and Cpanel.
nothing works now even their own website.

I was told they were getting a denial of service attacks.OK
but get back up and running or at least let us know what is happening.

my opinion now is that cheap hosting services can only sustain themselves for so long
and the money is no longer there for them.

don't hold your breath trying to get money back from them as it will never happen.

Also, they deleted email from my account and I actually lost a job as I was not able to call the people involved and they gave it to someone else.

And don't waste your time trying to contact them on facebook as they don't answer
the messages sent to them

the denial of service attacks most likely came from pissed off customers and I
am sure that you could find plenty of these on this forum.

I don't like to badmouth another business but I put trust in these people and they have let me down.
I will be looking for someone else to provide this service
But setting everything else up again is a pain in the arse.
