hello, do you ignore DMCA ?

Need to know, on your hosting:

1) Any discounts on the reseller packages?

2) Do the reseller accounts also use SSD and also have included Free LetsEncrypt SSL?

3) What is the daily limitations on outgoing email using phpmail, per website and per cpanel, including reseller cpanel accounts?

NOTE: I don't do any bulk emailing, but many hosting services have truly unrealistic email limitations that prevent being used realistically, for any real business purposes.
