Yes that is correct. We provide free migration of 1 cpanel account.
If you have 1 cpanel account with any amount of domains, it will be migrated for free.

In your case, you have 31 cPanel accounts and wanted us to login and move each cpanel account.

You wanted to move a re-seller hosting to a shared hosting.
in reality, you were not being realistic to try and move an almost $200/yr reseller hosting to a $34.99/yr shared hosting.

Got to be true to yourself and providing you a refund was a honest thing to do!

We provide premium SSD hosting. We do not provide unrealistic packages and expectations and i guess that what most users are looking for.

1. My existing hosting is NOT a reseller account, you logged into my account before,
you knew it. It's a SHARED account as you incorrectly mentioned.

2. You did not address your advertised `Unmetered storage' which is NOT true.
Pls let our BBF members be aware before they sign up.

1. Their is no shared hosting packaged with over 30 cpanel accounts.
Any hosting account that has numerous cpanel accounts under 1 user is a reseller account.

2. Unmetered storage does not mean you can abuse the server. It is important to understand what it means before jumping to conclusion. You really wanted to host your $200/yr hosting with 30 cpanel accounts for $34.99 and have us migrated 30 cpanel accounts. You are awesome.

You got your money back without even asking and we were happy to refund you because of your unrealistic expectations.
