been down for over a month and now my account has been suspended. Customers trying to contact me Lost business how can you suspend something that is not there? unbelievable

What about all the times we could not login to jonahost as the licence for
the server was not paid.This happened more times than i can count on my hand' Login to my account ? passwords I remember dont work and if you try to reset password it sends you to the email address that I cannot login to in the first place. Had 2 emails from gmail account today about orders from weeks ago. could not get access to email so lucky my customers had another gmail address. why dont you look after your existing customers instead of giving away hosting for next to nothing. I would like to login to my account to salvage what might be left. please organize this so I can do this and move on from your hosting to another service.

The server was down. Customers were here complaining and he has no reason to address the audience. He ignored all complaints and wants the customers to just take it like that.
This was really a mistake. My account had been deactivated by them and this man is here talking thrash about opening a support ticket and I wonder how? |

Nearly every second day for months this is the message i got when trying to login to c panel and to access my websites
Cannot read license file To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active. This server does not have a valid license. To address this issue, you must contact your hosting provider. When it wasnt that it was this : The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition. my reply Will this ever stop.My file system is supposed to be unlimited.I do not take up hardly any space. This was going on months before your "11 day outage" Nearly every second day for months this happened when i could not work on websites or access email. I will ask you again:Please reinstate my account and allow me to access it so i can move on from jona host. I dont give a shit that you dont offer support on this forum as support fron jona host is very lacking on all and every forums inc facebook
