if you still have trouble
use clean install

1. First you can remove old version and new version using revo uninstaller

2. Goto C:\Users\seo\AppData\Roaming ( in win 7 use search in star button and enter %appdata% )
In Roaming folder you will see files like
.95d691779473f3e03bc4b4e56319d74c.key
GWMC-I92M
RO39-2M3Q

Delete them they may be 4 files

3. download fresh trial installer v3.0.5

4. install LongTailPro3.0.5.exe

5. close the program

6. extract zip file from sachin download link in first page

7. copy LongTailPro.exe and LongTailPro.swf and replace those same files in C:\Program Files\LongTailPro

run program... and it works like a charm

Thanks. Couldnt find folder as my path is different on computer. But %appdata% solved it.

It doesnt ask me anymore to upgrade to platinum so I guess now it is good.

Everything works until i start searching for keywords...the program keeps crashing.

Doesn't pull up any keywords either! =(

Also, I only found 2 entries in the Roaming folder...

"GWMC-I92M" wasn't in there

Can you guys get the keywords to work? I got some of it working however when i plug in my OWN list it doesn't seem to function. TY Sachin!
