I manage to update to the platinium version, login to my goole account and everything but when I try to fetch some kw's it doesn't work :( it says "fetching kw ideas" but nothing happens...

anyone knows how to fix this?

now it works :) just start it up couple of times and on the 5th try it suddenly strted working as it should
