I did what you're saying, but it's not working for me. The previous version had stopped working as well. So, following your steps
1. There is nothing to uninstall. I was running the program from a folder
2. I removed
.95d691779473f3e03bc4b4e56319d74c.key
GWMC-I92M
RO39-2M3Q

but you're saying there might be 4 files? What would the fourth file be? I don't want to delete something useful for other programs to work...

3. I downloaded the latest version, but it still asks for credentials. I enter random info, and it get me to the main screen. But it doesn't perfom any searches. Exactly like the old version I had.
