I'm having this issue with the software. For some reason, it just froze when fetching the keyword. It did n't fetch keywords result to LongTail.

Guys update your adobe air version also.

I had the same issue...
1)go to your C:/users/____user/appdata/roaming/ and local folders...delete everything that is linked to long tail pro
2)log in your adwords account and change language settings to english
3)try again :)

Guys, do you have any tip to avoid getting suspensed adwords from Google?
They've already ban my 3rd account...

How can you tell if the version you are using is Platinum? After I register, it doesn't have an "upgrade" option but everything seems to work.
