You can either install windows via DVD or USB. You got to burn the windows installation file into DVD or USB you downloaded from the above link. Next, you have to make sure your PC/Laptop is bootable either by DVD or USB windows installation of which the Computer Technician will set the Cmos setup using keyboards like Esc, F2 etc, from where you normally can see once you first on the power button or shut down power and on the power again. You must act quickly because the Cmos command keys appear very fast.

FAQ 4) How about the reinstallation/reformat/reuse?
Ans)
i. For Windows 10 only. After the first activation, your mainboard/motherboard will register and remember this key activation, so, the reinstall is auto active. However, we do not guarantee it never expires.

The windows 10 license will be installed into the hard drive, not BIOS. So even you change the motherboard in the future, you can still reactivating it.

ii. For Windows 7 or 8.1, the key can only be used once, after formatted Windows 7 or 8.1, reinstall windows 7/8.1 or restore windows 7/8.1, it cannot be activated again, please buy a new key.
iii. For those already using/login MS account before the activation, it is recommended to remember your login Microsoft account at the time you activated the key. This because the key might already be linked to your MS account during the time of activation. However, most of the time, the first method works flawlessly.

Not very sure about your real situation but I assumed you are not using the ISO we recommended.

Yes you can get one license key from me and get it activated, BUT the new license will be kept in the BIOS because
1) The key is a digital key, at most can be linked by Microsoft account only
2) License key stored/kept in the BIOS only applicable for OEM machine. If your OEM machine comes with Windows 10 Home and you upgraded to Windows 10 Pro on your own, the Windows 10 Home license will still be kept in the BIOS.

To make it easy, the windows 10 pro license will be installed into the hard drive, not BIOS. So even you change the motherboard in the future, you can still reactivating it.

1. I reformat the Hard disk or 2. recover from an image I make of the Hard disk, which are high chances in my case because I am in the process of reinstalling all I had in the computer before I changed the motherboard and things sometimes fail. Also, 3. the installation of Windows 10 Pro is already done from a Windows Reset and not from the file you will provide me for downloading.
