I just downloaded and install windows 10 (using your above link) on my new hard disk.

i. For Windows 10 only. After the first activation, your mainboard/motherboard/Hard Drive will register and remember this key activation, so, the reinstall is auto active. However, we do not guarantee it never expires.

The windows 10 license will be installed into the hard drive, not BIOS. So even you change the motherboard in the future, you can still reactivating it.
ii. For Windows 7 or 8.1, the key can only be used once, after formatted Windows 7 or 8.1, reinstall windows 7/8.1 or restore windows 7/8.1, it cannot be activated again, please buy a new key.
iii. For those already using/login MS account before the activation, it is recommended to remember your login Microsoft account at the time you activated the key. This because the key might already be linked to your MS account during the time of activation. However, most of the time, the first method works flawlessly.
Please try to use the ISO download from us.
Note: Backup all your important data first before the reinstallation.
