There is no as such limit on sending message by YouTube however we would suggest to make use of multiple YT channels/YT accounts and randomize etc options available on Settings --> Accounts Tab.

what issue are you facing? if you put any http or https link, it will be parsed as a link itself! Please create a support ticket if you still have any issue.
