AFAIK, YouTube doesn't have any limit on creating channels from any verified accounts.

You should use 7-10 channels each campaign and remember these channels can be re-usable after 2-3 campaigns.

As mentioned in this screenshot, select Messages / Channel value to 0 to remove any limitation and this is default value as well. :)

when I'm doing that, I get "messages per channel limit exceeded."
