Apologies for the inconvenience you had. The hosting provider was having some issues at their end which was causing issues to some of the software users.

Please check now it is working fine now. If not please let me know.

We have moved the license server to new server. All existent users can access the software; if you still face any issue, please wait for some time as this might be because of DNS propagation take some time.

Just paid full amount for 1 PC license for this software, and already I'm picking up something which needs to be addressed.

Op, could you please add the option to target subscribers to specific users' youtube channels?
I'm interested in promoting my content to specific active commenters on competing or complimentary channels.. as opposed to a blanket marketing campaign based on youtube keyword search!!!!

By promoting to commenters on specific channels, I can then ignore those channels in the future as I already know whom I've marketed to.

Marketing to users based on keyword search is not only dangerous, but unprofessional as some youtube videos and channels could come up based on some random keyword the channel user may have typed in their description.. and that content has NOTHING at all to do with what I could be marketing.

This software feels cheap, especially after having been marketed here on BBHF for so long, some of these enhancements should have long been implemented by now.

Care to fix the targeting method please OP.. I want to target users based on channels they follow, not keyword search.

Thanks for your suggestions for more targeting methods! We have noted it down and added to To-Do list. We will contact you for further discussion ASAP.

In the current build of TSP, you can target specific youtube videos to send the message to all commenters. Also please note that, By default, TSP doesn't send the messages to any channel/user whom TSP has sent the message in last 24 hours and you can change this behavior from Settings --> Ignore Channels Tab.

I agree with activ_x that could be a useful feature. And correct me if I am wrong but that means if there are 20 videos in that specific channel you will pull all of the subscribers from those 20 videos in that Channel. Now if that is the case you could loose control on what type of subscribers you get...like for example A user may have a specific music channel that has different popular singers and songs video in that channel that means you are getting different types of subscribers with different songs/singers the subscribers have favorites to. This could also possibly put you in the position of providing mixed content they may or may not relate to. Instead I would be more likely to grab the video urls of songs from the same singer and get the subscribers from those links because I could provide content about that specific singer to those subscribers which could be more targeted. This may not fit all instances but just trying to give a possible example.
