From the reviews,it does look great. Will you provide step by step or guide? Because I'm still a noob and don't know much about VPS and PVA.

VPS isn't mandatory to use TSP, however you might need to run TSP 24x7 to run the marketing campaigns and hence in this case you require VPS for sure!!
