The difference as it appears to me when one is a middleman is that of having to make a payout and/or just the time spent on a project alone;
Both are losses whereas the payout scenario costs BOTH time and $$.

Thanks. Just one last practical question and I'm in, What if one potential client tries to contact one website on your portfolio which I will be sharing them as mine and asked them to confirm if really I was the one who created? Most of the time they are looking for real completed projects therefore happy customers. How do you deal with that?

My review: bad service.
So I messaged the seller on skype before buying. Asked him if the promotion method was cold email. He said that he wouldnt call the method as cold emailing. Ok so I went ahead.
Bought the $25 a month upgrade.
Got the upgrade. What do I see inside the promo method? Cold emailing. Bam. Straight bs from the seller. Furthermore he teaches cold emailing in a very bad way. Very very limited information about how to do it. He also doesnt mention how to cold email legally without being considered as spam. So what he teaches is illegal. Cold emailing is legal though but not like he teaches. So basically very bad info and only few paragraphs at all, so only basic and wrong. Also his packages of design are quite expensive.
You will get much more profit if you just hire a freelancer and resell. Also his white label website that he provides is not really cool looking and a bit outdated.
I am not too much pissed just trying to be real and judge it as it is.
There is absolutely nothing unique in this course.
I found 10x more valuable info just googling for 20 minutes on how to get clients for web agency.
I will try to submit a refund request in paypal though the seller is quite ignoring every message I send and he will surely say bs in refund request so paypal may not favor me.
Just my review. Hope it helps someone to not get into this course.

I do want to express some points as well if you don't mind.
1. We showed demo agency site upfront before,
if you feel it's bad or not your type, why do you waste the time to join?
2. In regards to the methods, we already explained much nbefore. Based on our conversation, as long as it's involved with email send, you would classify it as cold emailing and not legal, which we definitely not agree. I would not discuss this topic here, as it may go on and on forever.
3. You simply told you can find more valuable content/methods just a few hours later after join, I would not say you are 100% a scammer trying to get free access, but it's definitely not eligible for any refund, and we go against this behavior in anyway we could.
