Would like to see a demo site, pls?
I already have a site already but I like your portfolio. If a client wants verification that I did portfolio projects, will client be able to call any of the portfolio clients and verify? After the initial $24.95 cost, what other costs are involved to getting clients? Do I need fb account for marketing purposes? How do you ensure that leads don't see resellers as duplicates with the same portfolio?

1. As for those existing portfolios, surely not, as they were not done by you. For future portfolios that you add along the way, those are the projects from your own web agency business. Generally the point of portfolio is to give clients a quick view of what kinds of quality reference they can expect, the most direct and visual feeling and impression.
2. The basic investment of a domain and hosting, that is it.
No fb account needed. The leads won't see that, as the different ways/places that is implemented for client acquisition.
