Anyone running a business would supply websites to view and would make sure all clients have different sites to look at so as not to have everyone mass produced the same, as when one person spams with their site format it will be blacklisted and all sites with same details and format get blacklisted also, for some reason I have been noticing that search engines now seem to link them as if persons are just changing domain names so There should be no problem in getting 6 or so websites to compare from any decent company and to be honest, I looked at this but it just seemed to cloak and dagger with not to expensive a price to entice, and from what I see glad I took that view. I have had customers making an error in one letter or number when they order domain names or get a domain on error when on special offer, but though not anything to do with error by myself, I always give respectfully refund as it doesn't take long to get a badly tarnished name and we can all make mistakes, but sadly some are in just to get your money not caring after that and also see the page that is advertised goes to Oops! That page can’t be found and has done since OP probs the anonym in front of it, if it is, it would be nice to get a bit of info on it and why the error

Hope you get it bud, it's not nice for anyone to do, you know my pet hate with scam artists and what I do to expose them, at moment working on 3 sites fraudsnscams couk com and org only got parked just now but will soon be putting large banners on exposing stuff so keep everything you all get as I am going to set main site for banners to lead to exposing these scumbags and all I can trace of them, there's a difference in trying to help others and sharing stuff, and taking the food from others families tables FRAUDULENTLY, but just on this site, don't think someone with 20 reputation in over 2 years would inspire me to much confidence. Just saying, might try to come up with some type of early warning for bbhf that if it can be done with Mods approval, can add names and offers to if members Questions or complaints being ignored, but can be removed and updated genuine if complaints dealt with, could safeguard somewhat any underhand, fraudulent or scam people within our community
Even if they installed a mass mailing script in my domain, and I discovered it , they didn't refund me either.
It was very hard to remove that malicious script. Every time my support said they found one and removed, I still saw 1000 mails being sent next day.
They tried 3 times to remove, from 3 different folder of wordpress OP installed. But nothing helped to stop those mass mailings.
On 30th July, I removed the entire domain from my hosting. Then the mass mailing stopped. Pretty scary !! But Finally I got rid of that than malicious script.
But I see some new members justifying themselves " why would OP do this to ruin themseleves??" No wonder, in IM why people get scammed repeatedly after being warned zillion times. All this after I showed proof in this thread.
They have absolutely no training inside premium membership. ABSOLUTELY NOT. anyone says so , is lying. As a after thought, I wondered what is the monthly membership charge for.
I had a directadmin in Hosting which showed the mass mailings and had a cap of 1000 mails per day. So I could see the Warnings in Directadmin panel.
People having CPANEL, would not have those warning messages shown. So they would not be knowing even.
But people ...in search of next big thing !! who can save them of this fraud !!

As far as site/content, it won't be unique for sure. Everybody may has his own requirement, it's not possible to create unique site/content based on each member's request under such low joining fee, that is not realistic.
It's been asked few times before actually, and I apologize for any inconvenience.
If you are sorry for the inconvenience you would atleast refund an unhappy client. Especially since the work you have done was point and click

Ok, here is my 2 cent on this matter. Mind you I have also their membership, so I'm speaking of my own personal experience.
First of all they are not scam/fraud. They are designing their affiliates sites which are quite similar to each other but who doesn't? Its your business at the end of the day and you need to spend something on it to be different from others. I always laugh at people who want to get rich but don't wanna spend a single cent. Ask yourself this question why would they give you a bespoke design for $25? Now ask yourself this why would a business bother ordering a $1000 webdesign when your own website looks like 50 others sites out there.
The money/membership you have paid them is to install WP/theme/plugins/tutorials, customer service and a solid guarantee that they will help you finish your projects if you land a client and on top of that 75% of commission. Tell me where can you get all this for merely $25? Tell me now and I will sign up with you right now.
I don't know about their refund policy so I cannot comment on that but when I buy something I usually do all my due diligence before making any decision. Not to mention its a monthly subscription which you can cancel at anytime. For $25 you got your WP installed, a paid theme (ok its similar to others), membership plugin, payment gateway setup and few tutorials. I don't think you lost anything in that matter.
As for the guy who has been whining about email spams, Jackie has been doing this BSO/WSO both here and also on WF and no one has complained about this issue. As previously mentioned, change your password and move. Stop crying like babies. This is not the first nor will it be the last time someone's hosting account got hacked.
