Buy it from groupbuy section, you cannot access template library without key.

Simple, just add user and API details.
Hello Carpy... yes.. it works on previous versions... but in this update (4.0.6) it's not working any more... I add user and API and it did not works... There is any special thing that I must add in that fields?

If you already have somebody elses user and api details, then it may be possible that they have disabled the API, and created a new one.
Well... I'm not a specialist girl in all this... but the first time I installed divi was since your post and it worked completely... all the updates I've done through your post... so I do not understand how this time it stopped working. I do not understand the API since nobody else handles my worpdress. Sorry if it's annoying to ask...

If you got API from account of others, it can be removed by the owner. EleganThemes offer api key management for users, they create then remove many key.

This share work perfectly withou api key. But now Divi Library only support for website which ready actived with api key, not for all!
