Is there a way to download the 'free' layouts they added on the divi builder... when you try to install one it asking to 'activate the theme'

I've installed v 3.1 and I was able to import free layouts without any API. Still tells me that my subscription expired and I have to renew it, it seems that the 3.1 makes some changes into database, because after that I've updated to 3.3.1 and still working even without an API. Now with 3.3.1 I can import any layout.
