Yes, it appears that there was a mix up with the version update, and the changelog version. There is no 2.6.3 version listed in the changelog on the download page, so it seems that the latest version is actually 2.6.3, and 2.6.4 is just a typo on there part.

Just updated to 2.4.6.1, hopefully the version matches the changelog now, :)
