Do you need any special software for watching movies once you have downloaded them.
Also any special software need for watching movies in hd. I can't seem to play what I have
downloaded.

I downloaded the link you gave but still no luck watching the movie. I am sure that I am doing something wrong.
My pc is windows 7. Here is one of the sites that I discovered. Is the one title "The Hobbitt" compatible with the
link you gave ?

Did you install VLC? It plays HD movies without any problem. If you have another movie player (like the one included with Windows), then right click on the movie and from the popup box select open with> select VLC. Hope this solves your problem.

As I said earlier, the link has been downloaded. Whenever I try using it, VLC says that it can't play the chosen movie.
@cmummy You are the master. I really would appreciate if you could look into this or I can Skype you please/

Chances are that you need a codec pack. However, I would believe that the video is corrupt because VLC plays nearly everything that I throw at it.

I'd have to agree... VLC plays anything.

Two things:
1. try playing another video - any video - to see if VLC is working, first.
2. do a simple Google search, to see if there is another player that can play the type of video you have

...sorry, I don't have much time, there days, to download anything that doesn't add to my daily plan and check it out... besides, going to the movie theater is a nice getaway for us - and, I have had many second thoughts about sharing how to get movies and may remove this part of this thread, soon.
Just a thought... was the downloaded movie in .iso format? Ah, just checked it... it is a zipped file. I am sure you would have unzipped it?

OK... so I took a look at the link you downloaded from... is a small "subtitles" translation file (srt)... not the movie... if it were a movie it would be a 1 ~ 2 Gigs in size.
