Public section sucks. Dead links, old stuff, etc. VIP section has exclusives, working links and so much stuff you can't find literally anywhere else. Highly recommend it.
If you are on the fence about joining as a VIP, I would highly suggest that you take the step as soon as you can. The amount of courses, the resources, the shares are all amazing.
