I had to comeback and rewrite this post. I initially thought he was a scammer due to him immediately ghosting me for hours after I first made the payment. He recently messaged me and now we have squared things out. I now have access to the course and I take back my statement of him being a scammer.

I was going to comment yesterday that it's only one hour passed and posting that someone is a scammer is not good. You should wait for atleast 24 hours for the delivery. People have to sleep sometimes.

Does this method mean to create a bank account? Or the 7 usd VCC will work fine to activate Google adwords account.
