Even thou, testimonials brings more sales, I don't really like it.

Once you burn through an account promoting a specific domain, can you promote that same domain on a new account?

Nope, I haven't tried using same domain on different account before TBH. after burning through an account, I just use a different website with different domain for another account.

1. 2-3 days is enough to fully set up an account completely.

2. No limit, u use RDP/VPS and as long you have enough RDP, u can create as much as u like. each VPS/one account..
