Must you spend the exact Google threshol, what if there's a trick that allows you spend more than the threshold Google set on an account? Maybe less assumption will help thou. thanks.

Yes, you don't have to spend $1k expenses from your end to get the ads spend upto $1k in the ads account.

You create the account as described in the method and that's it

OP is not replying to my messages on skype. The seller he suggested to me is also not replying on skype.
