I received my log in details for the free 24 hr trial on October 20 at 5:18 pm. Upon reviewing the channels it seemed like a good deal, so I went for the 1 year membership. When I logged back in around 10pm I couldn't get any channels at all. I looked at my account and it didn't take me long to figure what happened. When I went for the 1 year deal, they cancelled my trial period, but they didn't put me down as a regular member. I know that chat is quicker than email, but you can't send a print screen in chat, so I had to send that proof via email. That screen shot showed that my status was active, I was not on a trial account, and that my account was created on October 20,2019 and expires on October 20, 2020. It's been four days now and I have not heard anything from them. I had planned to be a customer year after year, but now I have second thoughts. Hopefully the OP will see this and something can be done, I don't like being ignored.

Upon reviewing with my team:
We have responded to your email, you didn't make any purchase yet (you only filled the form on our website for a trial account) but did not make any payment since we didn't send you any invoice or payment details :) as we process them manually and never activate definitive yearly accounts before receiving the final payment.
The account expired as it should because it was just a trial account (even if it was showing late expiry, we do that to avoid downtime and RE-entering the details if the customer want to extend);

Sorry if you got confused in the process but be reassured you didn't make any payment since you don't have the possibility using the website alone.
